Print Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.
Drop Off Package
Hand over your package to the designated courier service or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Our team will inspect the returned jewelry for quality assurance, and once cleared, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
